Use of the Web Sites
The network of web sites (collectively, the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites) operated by Orgon Trade s.r.o. or its affiliates and subsidiaries is comprised of various web sites and web pages. The Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Purchases
According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. He is also obliged to register revenue received from the charged Tax online; in case of technical failure, within 48 hours.

Typographical Errors
In the event an Sacred Geometry Central product or other item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers on the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites, Sacred Geometry Central shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites listed at the incorrect price. Sacred Geometry Central shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sacred Geometry Central shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification
Upon a request by Sacred Geometry Central, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Geometry Central and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, advisors, directors and employees from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites, your use of the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites, your violation of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of another.
Arbitration
By using the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites, you agree that Sacred Geometry Central at its sole discretion, may require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites, or these Terms and Conditions concerning or, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, nullity, invalidity, non-performance or termination, as well as disputes about filling gaps in this contract or its adaptation to newly arisen circumstances, to final and binding arbitration under the International Rules of Arbitration of the Slovak Arbitration Association, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. Notwithstanding these rules, however, the laws of the Slovak Republic shall govern such proceedings.
Any award in an arbitration initiated under this clause shall be limited to monetary damages and shall include no injunction or direction to any party other than the direction to pay a monetary amount. Further, the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award punitive, consequential or other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages in any arbitration initiated under this section, except as may be required by statute.
Choice of Law and Forum
This Agreement and use of the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict of law rules and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You and Sacred Geometry Central expressly agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal or administrative proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites shall be in the state courts in the Slovak Republic. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites (including but not limited to the purchase of Sacred Geometry Central products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Sacred Geometry Central failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Sacred Geometry Central may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Waiver of Jury Trial
ALL PARTIES IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDING INVOLVING ANY CLAIM RELATING TO OR ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Sacred Geometry Central makes no representation that materials in the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Sacred Geometry Central Web Sites from locations outside Slovak Republic do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
You may not use or export the materials in violation of Slovak export laws and regulations. Any claim relating to the materials shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the Slovak Republic.
Severability and Integration
Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sacred Geometry Central and governs your use of the Web Sites, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Sacred Geometry Central. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intention of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
The failure of Sacred Geometry Central to enforce any provisions of this Agreement or respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive its right to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of this Agreement or to act with respect to similar breaches.
Waiver: European Union Notices
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if You are located in a member state of the European Union, You waive all notices, acknowledgments and confirmations relative to contracting by electronic means which may be required under Articles 10(1), 10(2), 11(1) and 11(2) of EU Directive 2000/31/EC as implemented in Your jurisdiction in respect of Your use of the Orgon Trade s.r.o. web sites and or services.
