What is the shipping policy?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.
Orders are shipped via registered mail service (tracking available). All US and Canada orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the items. Exact shipping costs are shown in the basket.
Why does my piece look different than the picture on the website?
All of the gemstones and crystals we use in our jewelry are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, the size, color and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles etc.) of the beads will vary from piece to piece. However, the slight variance in your beads will in no way comprise the energy and quality of your piece.
Can I check the status of my backorder online?
Yes! You can log into your SGC account on our website and check any backorder messages.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We recommend you checkout using PayPal and then enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Is my credit card safe?

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Request details by emailing at email@example.com and provide us with either your order number or invoice number and a description of the item you wish to return. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise.
